Pre-Orientation Steps

Complete each of the steps below before attending the in-person orientation on Thursday, August 13th.


Please note that all sections are mandatory to visit and complete (if applicable) to successfully finish your pre-orientation obligations.


*Items below require your Student ID number, username, and password provided to you in an email titled "Account Details". If you are unable to access this email or have any technical issues during this process please contact the IT Help Desk @ 217-641-4325.

Step 1

Student Photo

Please upload a photo of yourself with a white or light colored, plain background. This picture will be used for your student ID and printed for in-person orientation. It needs to be Passport Photo Styled. 

DO NOT submit an angled photo or senior photo.


"If you already have a student ID, you do NOT have to submit a photo"
